A. We use lower frequencies that are able to travel farther through trees and obstructions.

 

Q. Can I use Netflix, YouTube, and other streaming services without buffering and data caps?

A. YES! Data rates are never capped or throttled for these websites and applications.

Q. What kind of up time or how often will it be down?

A. The networks we use average over 99% up-time. This is not a guaranteed up-time just an average. We live in rural areas where power flickers and outages are common. We recommend a battery back up/UPS for your Internet equipment.

 

Q. How often will I have to purchase new equipment?

A. Technology changes fast. We would recommend every 3-4 years upgrading to new equipment to maintain the best connection possible. When new features and services become available we will contact you.

 

Q. Is your service affected by weather like satellite?

A. Our signal travels from 1-7 miles through the air and satellite signals come from 22,000 miles in orbit. Our service delivers the signal to the Internet faster and with a smaller path of obstructions. This helps prevent rain fade and disruptions by weather. 

 

Q. Can I take the service with me in my car, truck, tractor, or friend’s house?

A. Depending on the type of equipment, it is possible to travel with the service. Contact us for more details and the proper equipment recommendation.

 

Q. Do I have to give my social security number or other personal information to get hooked up?

A. NO! No credit check or contracts. We offer month to month service. Must have debit, credit or checking account, as a method of payment.

 

Q. Do you offer paper billing?

A. Not at this time. Maybe in the future.

 

Q. What payment methods do you offer?

A. All of our accounts are setup on auto monthly renew with a credit, debit or checking account.

 

Q. Can I suspend my service for 2 months out of the year?

A. Yes. However, there is a $25.00 reconnect fee to activate service back onto the network.

A. $99.99 shipped to you. 

 

Q. How many plans do you offer currently?

A. We offer three plans: Gold, Platinum+, and Platinum+ Extreme. Gold plan is the most common and is $59.99 per month, Platinum+ is $99.99 per month, and Platinum+ Extreme is $129.99 per month.

 

Q. What areas do you cover?

A.If you live in the state of Indiana or Illinois, you are eligible for service.  

 

Q. Do you have a money back guarantee?

A. Our service is billed monthly, you may cancel at anytime. We do request 30 days notice to cancel service. You may also cancel service for a full refund if within 7 days after receiving the equipment If you find our service does not meet your needs.
